This Is What We Are All About

I am Rachelle Lemieux, the founder of Thrive. Born and raised in Western MA, New England is somewhere I am proud to call home. The weather, the native plants, the culture, and the breathtaking views, what is not to love?

Growing up, I was taught to always treat people with kindness and understanding. I love working with clients that are passionate about their businesses and want to see their projects grow into something bigger than themselves.

From a young age, I was always interested in the arts. I remember being around 12 years old when I would make; scale 3D models of rooms in houses using scrap boxes, hot glue, and colored paper. You would be able to open and be able to observe small rooms from above.

When I got to high school, I excelled in a design program called Design and Visual Communications(DVC). This program explored many different mediums, for example, traditional to more modern digital forms. Videography and photography stood out to me. I would make small documentaries and vlogs and post on social media all the creative portraits I took. I loved expressing myself and others through art.

After high school, I started working for a local screen printing and embroidery shop as one of their artists. I caught on quickly with the design process and then absorbed sales into my position. Working directly with customers gave me a new understanding of managing expectations and creating valuable relationships.

I always had a great work ethic and now wanted to venture into something of my own. Creating Thrive, my own project that includes all the wonderful things about art that I love, was only natural. Check out my work, and let's see if we can THRIVE TOGETHER!
